As I look around, I see a great deal of kds tagged WAR or HOSTILE. The problem is that this tag is abused by a large amount of kds, probably all kds abuse the tag.
This one example kd, Land of Magic, in top 15, managed to tag hostile after a few pillages into their kd. They responded with a few hits, and 1 hour later, both kds cf'ed. 15 hours later, the kd is still tagged hostile, randoming, abusing the potential protection of the tag with full intent.
Other examples would be tagging up WAR a week before war happens because it is "agreed".
The hostile/war tag is useless. :)
