Congrats to the winners. Would love to read any insights and stuff. I haven't been in a war in over 2 ages now, don't remember what it's like

It was over, we had 7 ubs vs theirs 5. 4 of them had no tpa and were facing rogues with up to 8 raw. Half their pesies were on 2 mystics with less than 2 tpa.
They spent last 2 days trying to razebounce our smalest standing faery and failed in taking her down.
It was great war and they pulled out at the right time.

Correction: They spent the last 2 days complaining to everyone on forums instead of actually taking an acute observation of how the war was actually running.

Land and NW does not win wars. Province Positioning and long term Networth sustainability wins wars. We started this war with 4 provs that were soft UB, we knew that they had the major upperhand in hostile/start of war, and so developed our strategy on a long term development of our T/M's. For some reason their big halfer was spending his time trimming land off attackers instead of ensuring that our #5-#8 defense T/M's didn't become Unbreakable.

They aimed for short term gain and we looked at long term win conditions. It's all about your outlook in war.

This is a pretty good summary. Big halfer only gained 700 acres in the war to gain peasants to train offense to hit the T/M, otherwise was razing attackers.

I feel like wars / conflicts can be summarized nicely via selfies.

First couple days everyone is rested and healthy - so they look the part
As it goes on, the ones who look more stressed / are more tired are a good indication of how the conflict is going.

    Congratulations Freeakstyle.

It was worth a peek at some longterm strategies vs logistical advantages. My attention was on the balance of your kingdom development as the war wore on. Defensive and offensive integrity was obvious and your attention to retaining particular objectives, like bottom to top break ability in the core.

    Thank you for the look.

Only thing worse than a terrible winner is a terrible winner that can't win.
