Public apology

We, Outlawz, are currently in a gruel and endless hostile with Bubbles, which caused by our previous Monarch. Our people are not so content with it, so we voted for a new Monarch, which is me, and as part of our EOACF agreement with Bubbles, we hereby issue a public aplogy for breaking the war terms. According to the terms, we would wave them from 18th to 24th Feb YR7, and both kingdoms must not be in Fortfied stance. the previous King ordered to wave them on Jan YR7. I believed CF discussion failed since then.

I reiterate that we set the war terms and then broke it ourselves. We again apologize for that and would herby end this pointless hostile. After this public apology is issued, we will send EOACF and they shall accept it immediately.

It doesn't take massive balls, it takes it being a requirement of the CF agreement as he said... This is a forced apology.

It has nothing to do with being cynical, it's spelled out in black and white in the OP... And the last one was the one I delivered if i recall, mine being sincere and not forced.
