I disagree with number 1. Gong bongs happen to happen in real game circumstances. If we conceptualize diplo with the wisdom of the stars, then yes GBs are a diplo failure. This isn't a vacuum though and even accidental GBs happen. If we're referring to particular diplo geography then it goes top 3 to top 10 to top 20 and finally to say 30. The rest of the server has a passive diplo system we're all aware of.

It's that they, the smaller majority, aren't aware of the miasma of incestual NAPs and limited time offer CFs.

lol this post reminded me of early last age when Sampuan got exposed when logs were shown that his kd double hostiled and Deal broke another kd.... he doesnt have a terrible reputation (outside fs and a few other cheerleaders) for no reason.
