TBB vs Dealbreaker FS

There is a top war going on. Supposedly more eye catching than the one currently in the utopia news: Lotus vs Raging Clue

However, there seems to be a DB by FS side. Thus not in war yet.
What should we do if there is a DB in the agreed war terms?
I think actions should be taken but to what extend as to ensure War terms do carry weight.

well, i dont know more neither, we got all our stealth et'd and all our horses stolen before declaration hour so we decided to stay in hostile until our stealth recovers and horses replenished..

id like to know why would you name the thread with dealbreaker fs if you have no idea about what is happening..
