A guy from a couple ages ago would occasionally post all the provinces in a single kingdom showing percentages of how much they are actually logged into their accounts. To show who was super active and who was slacking to better pick out early chains and what not.
I have been trying to find this tool but lack success.

The devs have made a decision to kill competitive utopia and have thereby killed my interest with it.
