Discussion in a chat between the two monarch's doesn't constitute a deal, it is just discussion. Threats of DB may be "extreme" negotiating. But in the end it's only the person that actually breaks the deal that is at fault here..

So my kingdom asked me to go through the previous 2-3 age's forum posts and guess what? I did!

Here I definitely do not support a deal break but what spartans did is true to the deal that FS forced on them!

If you remember 3 ages back " Flogger " wrote in this very forum that he accepted the deal with Emeriti with all the intentions of breaking it.

Having known flogger for 50+ ages, this guy doesnt believe in resolving things diplomatically! He just uses GB to gain unfair advantage! Time and again this has been proved!
