If FS made the CF invalid by actions they have done, you can't really claim the CF should be upheld, the question is... what happened and did FS invalid the cf by said actions by Bart.

Need all the proof before judging it, unless you got all the inside from both KDs its hard to know if CF deal is still valid.

They might have had the intention, but did not. Spartans actually broke the cf.

Till u forget to mention that FS did not just threaten OS. They threatened to db and wave OS (they had an eoa cf) if OS waved TBB with whom they agreed war. When I confronted francis with this he told me he was proud of the diplo and that threatening with DB to achieve goals is a legit way to do diplomacy. Francis tried the same on us, and now it has come back to bite him.

We agreed a CF. Then Francis told me theyd db is if we ever agreed a land for CF deal with Emeriti. Well, we did just that which invalidates our CF.

Can someone translate this into normal people language? Too many abbreviations and not enough information about who did what in what order etc.

Francis has fostered a culture of using terroristic threats to further their agenda. It has become so pervasive that their ancestral monarch destroyed his prov in disgust when he left the kingdom.

What Octobrev said. FS thinks they are above the rest of the server and can bully their way through any diplomatic conflict by using Pyro and BB as back-up. We are not their first victim, and we chose not to accept it. I was || close to waving them last age when they threatened to DB Oldschool to ensure a fair war. However, oldschool wanted no drama so I stayed out. Let me just quote a part of a conversation I had with Francis (context was the former war):

FS first contacted me they wanted me to raze off the acres. Then they wanted to negotiate for a CF. Then the next day I wake up and Francis tells me they want to start an alliance because they were so alone vs the big top tier bullies. Then he asks me to remove the acres again once we've agreed CF and tells me that if I ever agree a deal with Emeriti in exchange for acres he will DB us:

Correct, Spartans dealbroke FS on the premise that FS promised to dealbreak Spartans if X happend.

I've told it to so many KDs, we're not out here to compete or win a crown. We're fighting against a small group of players who think they own this game, can hit anyone they want, threaten people and then claim they're somehow representing fairplay? This alliance GBed Emeriti 3 ages ago because an old player hit them.

Even now, these same people think they are so far above us that they have already agreed a GB without seeing any evidence from either side nor contacted me for any diplo. I guess we're not "fit" to diplo with them?

Not to mention that while Francis was asked me for a CF and even an alliance he was at the same time bargaining a CF from emeriti to be able to GB us. He then gave Emeriti free land to make sure they'd beat us.
