Cf was subsequently accepted by them and immediately broken, presumably to reset relations. Then their hits commenced again.

People are evil, in game. I'm nice, I'm one of the good guys. But being a good guy and being naive is not good.
Yes, they had you send the CF to screw you out of superior relations. The proper thing to do was to have them send you a CF. But in this scenario you wouldn't accept it till you had exacted correction.
Obviously they sent the CF to take advantage of you. This can't go unpunished. Find out what is dear to them and take it away. Time is a valuable resource which will serve you. Respect the abilities of someone more clever than yourself, but don't fear them. Don't wait till it's just a fantasy. Make a plan and execute.

I think you misread. The other kingdom sent the "send cf for EoA CF" message. The reporting kingdom didn't make any kind of deal.
On the face of it, yea, looks like a deal break. That being said, there's usually two sides to a story and there's absolutely no way feyrplay is going to do anything about it. Doesn't benefit them at all.
That is no good Palem, if so they are hypocrits for what they have previously said they would do, even for kds out of the top.
We need a Feyr Whambaambulance to govern the unruly, it is their duty and they contracts for all that is holy, 5th base as they call it ;)

If that mssg was ingame, respond to his last mssg that you agreed and sent CF.
Then in a separate mssg, respond to the breaking of their end of the bargain. I would be interested in both sides of the story.
