I'd say that is CLEARLY not an intended use of game mechanics, to load up on honor.

I've always supported the meta of grow to cap -> defect, grow provs above cap -> repeat
In the past, pyro was doing it just before eoa to prov crown, not resetting and rewhoring the provs.
Just like when cr got actioned for aid out and reset, I think the problem is the loading of new resources.
If people want to defect and destroy resources that's one thing, to follow that up by piling on new ones seems problematic
1. A kingdom has no name.
2. The provinces we defected didn't whore (elf+faery)
3. We lost land (15k+), you should be happy.
4. We barely break even on honor. The defecters aren't dukes or princes, they're just barons.
5. Defecting+hitting has been done before and there's nothing wrong with it. You'd have a point if we use the defectees to give a button or w/e.
Because he knows it's legit and he loves creating drama, esp about us!
Only thing I wanna point out is you said you aren't competing this age and should get cf for free on that basis - same as a kd that has only half a roster but you currently are t3 land and #1 honor. So much for not competing

Because we didn't. When I tell Emeriti I'm not competing with them, you can count 1+1 that it's land/nw? And until yr6 or something we were still trying to war and had no other ambitions. We then switched to honorwhoring. Only later when we saw we were close, we really went for it.
So what if you tell the honor crown holders you're not competing? :P
So you think that defecting to farm your own provs was an intended use of game mechanics?
Why require defecting then, why are acres/honor destroyed and no honor gained when you hit intra? Aren't those penalties specifically there to avoid behavior exactly like this?
When there are literally game mechanics in place to prevent the essence of what you're doing, what you're doing seems pretty blatantly contrary to intended game mechanics.

The problem can't be the creation of resources, as resetting to gain land and/or honor is acceptable.
So why is what cr did against the rules and not this :p
