Age 69 Power Rankings

I have made some assumptions - in particular, I have left all the old science values in place for lack of any idea what the next science system's values will look like. FoK is still providing it's 4.88% sci bonus as well.
And then there are the assumptions used every age: This measures raw attacking strength at a fixed NW, it does not cover hybrid, econ, or tank-y-ness considerations. It doesn't even get close to valuing T/Ms. I use assumptions I think are fairly accurate (10% homes, 20% TGs 10% forts, 7% pop sci etc.) for fairly solid T50-T100 warring straight attackers, so the further away from that you are the less likely this is to be accurate.

Thanks ethan first time you posted the spreadsheet that was easy for me to play with...For what its worth i always wondered how far off you were from my values just based on "assumtions". So i plugged in some of my assumptions and my values are just highly exaggerated versions of what you already posted. The only issue i have was the assumtion of no stables....buts its barely effected the %'s when i expressed them like you did.

For what its worth i took what you made tried my best to tweak with the following assumtions of 5 ppa, 3 wpa 2 tpa (modifed raw), War Sci 5%, homes replace farms (running 0 base), BE Sci 8%, fixed NW (build+sci+pes)=65, PopSci 8%, Stables cover offense, turtleablility (if you ran 20% forts same army mix, otherwise 0 forts), and set military u'd get at 100,00k nw

My self conclusion is the exact same thing my gut ALWAYS tells me
1. undead warrior breakers
---top off and good sustain, would be hard to justify orc warrior as a priority
2. avain warrior> orc tact
---very similar military but +1 general+faster attack times>>>20% gains
3.elfs then dwarfs only real turtles
---elf has +wpa and even if going say mystic v human cleric has "enough" extra military to eat 5-6 army in hits before dropping defense on par with human
---dwarfs relies on building swaps to appear weak (19k def army out?) then jump up military
4. human not usefull as a tank
---def is low enough that any orc/undead/avain+warrior can double army in at 80% nw. -losses dont counter that.
5. halfling terrible
---no where does it ever shine.

Final version, not too much changed. Halfer losses pop penalty, is lame (as attacker) but not broken now. The other big mover is dwarf, which is now a perfectly fine utility attacker *as long as* you remember to use at least half o-spec on offense. (Are you ever gonna send less than that except in funny UB games? Which you better have seen the chance for pre-war, or they won't work anyway.)
For science, I pushed the big 3 (of 4, but income isn't factored in any way here) up to the caps, since it looks like everyone just kinda gets sci. And ripped FoK out - no bonus from the replacement cause it doesn't break cap, just gets you there faster. (The improved sci numbers pushed orc closer to the rest of the mix.)
I still don't know the NW of sols, but am gonna "go out on a limb" and say it is >=0, so that stupid faery can't be higher, and is probably lower.

Last age near the end I was shuffling around soldiers on my Orc and 100 solds was increasing/decreasing my networth by 300

Game is not static but dynamic. Dont let numbers for static situation affect so much your choice. Subjective factors are often more important.

Yeah I just found that I was delusional about their NW last age. So the solds NW went 3 -> 2.
