Dragon Health and Cost

So, for the new age (Age 69), we have the following:
Each Dragon type will have different health and cost

Ruby
Slightly more expensive, a lot more health
Sapphire
A lot cheaper, health reduced significantly
Gold
Cost unchanged, health slightly reduced
Emerald
A lot more expensive, health increased significantly


My question is, what are the exact cost and health formulas? What is the difference in ruby and emerald health ("a lot more health" vs "health increased significantly")?

Previous formulas, from the guide, are:

• Dragon Cost = MAX ( Target Kingdom NW , Your Kingdom NW ) * 1.25
• Dragon HP = ( Receiving Kingdom NW / ~44 ) * Relations Mod

Just start spamming them out and ask the receiving kingdom to tell you the HP value!

As a monarch, one can work out the cost relatively easily... but what about health? You want us to decide which dragon to send and spend X GC before finding out its health (by asking other KD or receiving a dragon yourself)?! OK. And, we will find out health of every dragon only if we receive all 4 dragons on us (or KDs tell us/game forums).

Well i know the cost structure, question is whether the HP matches it or not, now. Silly enemy KD started an Emerald they will never send though :(

I didn't record my numbers but I think it's Sapphire 80%, Gold 160%, Ruby 200% and Emerald 260%.

Ruby maybe ~30nw/hp, Emerald maybe ~25nw/hp.

About the cost: my monarch said(the +/-% is based on the gold dragon):
Ruby - +20%

Gold - no change
