@ Bo, the costs are likely wrong given how far your estimate is from the truth for Ruby (which is way more than +20%).
Emerald maybe ~25nw/hp makes sense since your numbers are corroborated by Azureflames.

    Actually the cost is correct:
    Ruby - 5.3m gc = +20%
    Sapphire - 2,2m gc = -50%
    Gold - 4,4m gc = normal
    Eme - 6.65m gc = +50%

    That was our pre-war cost.

A Emerald Dragon is ravaging the lands of our kingdom! We estimate him to have 105,134 points of strength left.

    KD NW when received: 2706505

About the cost: my monarch said(the +/-% is based on the gold dragon):
    Ruby - +20%
    Sapphire - -50%
    Gold - no change
    Eme - +50%
    NW 2,821,280
    Sapphire - 2,376,066
    Emerald - 7,128,198
    Gold - 4,752,132
Missing exact cost for ruby but it was 5.7m. +20% gets you:
    Ruby - 5,702,558

Seems like those percentages are correct. Now compared to networth:

    Sapphire - 84.22%
    Emerald - 252.66%
    Gold - 168.44%
    Ruby - 202.13%

Seems odd but my numbers should be pretty close.

I was told >88k hp for 5.7m Ruby at 2,821,280 nw

    4,019,626gc KD NW

Ruby dragon ravaging the lands --> approx 126k health

which means at approx 4 mil KD NW it should be(right me if I am wrong):

    Gold: 94.5k health
    Sapphire: 47.25k health
    Emerald: 141.75k health
