yes some people have gotten scientists since the fix.
probably me as I still have gotten nothing.
but I am just grateful to have 18 after that first tick.

The devs have made a decision to kill competitive utopia and have thereby killed my interest with it.
sage with labs... had 25 ended up with 18(post fix) haven't seen one since the mid way thru protection.
prolly be best to restart if i dont see 1-2 in the next 24 hours

Yeah, I never read the instructions, just Sheisters advice. Even so I just assigned them as if I had science that'd never grow. Not because it wasn't good advice, I just wanted to see the mechanics in relative balance.
So suddenly I paid attention to what Bishop mentioned in the changes and I thought, hmmm, laboratories. I still have the bulk of mine on the way. Just that army and stuff was important while awaiting random aggression oop.

June 10 Year 1- No scientists since year 0, sitting at 20 still while rest of province is nearing 30....FIX THE DICER!!!!!!!
I'm the last one on 19... There's a decent spread of scientists though, so it's not like I'm the only one falling behind, but I'm definitely falling behind! Kingdom average is still pretty much where it should be for a 3.5% spawn rate with how long we've been OOF though
