    Scientist for War Win

    We've been getting books at the end of wars for awhile now - why not give a scientist now?

    It only makes sense, in my opinion.

    Maybe even 2 for a win, 1 for a loss? Or make it hurt more - losing KD everyone loses 1, winners all gain 1?

    Whatever is decided, something should happen!

    We got books to help grow into acres from your war.

    With science bonuses not determined by acres, that isn't a problem so theres no need to award scientists.

    Also with the old system you weren't spending gold for sci during war(or at least you shouldn't have). Now you still get scientists :).

    I think that I liked the old science system better. It had been refined for years and was just about perfect. The original sci system was to buy books outright, which had exploits that were taken advantage of, with KD's aid pumping provinces to get massive science in one or 2. With the setup that we had in recent years you had to "study" and got a set amount of books per acre depending on which setting you chose. This was the best setup that we've had for science, and stood the test of time. The new system just doesn't work as well, IMHO. HATS OFF to the mods who put hard work and thought into the system.... it's a real interesting twist, but I liked the science of last age better.

    It was far from perfect. The problem with it was that once you grow big and secure cfs with not so many KDs at your size you can start pumping sci like insane. Then you shrink and get buffed bpa(like ant-man). I've seen few KDs doing it even in warring tier. Now the sci is capped and the generation is random. The 1st part is ok the second is not. The random generation should be distributed more evenly across players. I have no idea on KD level how does it look like. I would like to see everyone in the same KD having 23-27 scientist instead of the current 4-5 having 20 and 1-2 - 30+.
