    overpopulation change?

Did the overpopulation status change this age? It's always been 115% Max Pop = overpop.

I just had to go down to almost 110% to be able to attack. Armies were paid, thieves worked, but war room would give me this message: "Your army is too large for your lands. Overpopulation within the army has caused dissent and anger. Until this is resolved, your men refuse your orders."

My population stats at the time was:
    Total 5494
    Max Population 4875

overpop should've been fixed at 5606 total pop. yet was still getting overpop message at 5494, and finally got war room working at 5394 (about 110% max pop).

    fluke?

Your army must have been larger than your maximum population, the actual army number without peasants.

    This is not new, no.

I think neither (just the army size), not 100%.

    It's neither.

There's a row on your population breakdown that says Army. It can't be above Max Pop

Just simply go to your state page ... under population ...

    Find this:
    Total X (a number)

Do Total X(number) times 1.15+1 = this number can not be above your max population number which is found on the row below your total

And yes, if your total army is higher than ur max pop, you have a serious problem :P

Wizards never count into overpop, but thieves do in the 1.15% calc
