Ok so weirdly I've lost 800 peasants in the last two ticks and 350 of my military deserted. I have not razed homes or changed scientists and I am a little over 1k underpop right now. Any ideas what it is going on?

I don't see any desertions in your news. What exactly happened?

July 11 of YR3 554 men deserted our military due to housing shortages!

There are definitely desertions there. I can take a screenshot if needs be. I have no idea what happened. It was strange. Just lost over 1K pop for no reason that I can figure out.
Were you rebuilding?
Oh sorry, i see them now. I cant see any reason for it, i will ask a dev to look.
Any idea if you know whether the troops did actually desert, or if it is just a paper bug?

he said he definitely lost both the troops and the peasants.
(can't do forum well from work so he emailed)
What do you reckon?
Dont know tbh, I can't see any other instances of it or see why it occurred. We are just monitoring for now to see if it happens again.
