Hey man! Welcome to the game!! If you get up to 5 posts, we can talk via personal message. Most importantly, you need to ask questions for us to help you. It's been so long since any of us were new to the game, we need to be reminded of what questions a new player has.

If you want to enjoy the game be active and ask questions. What you are doing here right now is a good start, just keep at it, get to know your KD mates, they can probably teach you a lot but don't take what they say for granted either. Looking things up and reading articles from reliable sources was the way to go for me, soon I found myself knowing more about the game than some people that had been playing longer. Even though you are completely new to the game with the right commitment you can learn quickly, or don't do that, it's all about what your personally prefer really, that's the good part - you can make Utopia what you want it to be for yourself. If you don't like the KD you've landed into check out the Recruitment Boards, those are always looking for players, I imagine many KDs would be willing to take in fresh blood, especially if you have the right attitude.

3- Name your leader and province - Vincent Von Valiant. Volcano Canon.
4- Join kingdom and say hello: kingdom chat, bottom right corner
5- Distribute your scientists: science tab
6- Set your draft at 65%: military tab
7- Ask for a starter build: growth tab
8- Vote: politics tab
9- Read forum: Forum tab
10- Read mail: mail tab and new messages will be marked by a diamond
11- Ask for meaning of common acronyms

How do i calculate moded WPA?
Race: Elf
Personality: Mystic
Max Channel Sci = 150%

Raw = 5

Is Off Mod WPA = 5*2.5*1.4(Success) = 17.5 or is the elf success spell bonus on a separate roll and isn't used to calculate mod WPA?

Your mWpa is rWpa*1.4(personality bonus)*2.5?(your current science bonus). It is not separated.

Your mWpa is rWpa*1.4(personality bonus)*2.5?(your current science bonus). It is not separated.

This is only for offensive wpa. For def wpa you have magic shield which adds another 20% if cast.

And for offensive wpa you have *X honor bonus.
