The #1 Honor KD Doesn't Actually Have Honor

I play in a mid-tier ghetto warring KD. We exit our latest ww and drop into fort. Our King was the #1 honor prov on our island, and had been established there for weeks, if not months.

We enter fort and the following bottomfeed occurs by the #1 Honor KD (X:XX). Please note they are 300-400% bigger than us in all categories.


February 15 of YR16 Bottomfeeders (X:XX) invaded King (Y:YY) and captured 219 acres of land.
February 15 of YR16 King (Y:YY) recaptured 109 acres of land from Bottomfeeders (X:XX).

February 24 of YR16 Bottomfeeders (X:XX) invaded King (Y:YY) and captured 182 acres of land.
February 24 of YR16 Bottomfeeders (X:XX) invaded King (Y:YY) and captured 133 acres of land
March 3 of YR16 King (Y:YY) captured 252 acres of land from Bottomfeeders (X:XX).

March 5 of YR16 Bottomfeeders (X:XX) invaded King (Y:YY) and captured 135 acres of land.
March 5 of YR16 Bottomfeeders (X:XX) invaded King (Y:YY) and captured 114 acres of land.
March 8 of YR16 Bottomfeeders (X:XX) invaded King (Y:YY) and captured 106 acres of land.
March 8 of YR16 Bottomfeeders (X:XX) invaded King (Y:YY) and captured 91 acres of land.


They use his retals as an excuse to sit on our entire KD and farm out our top honor provs, while we have very limited options to retal equivalently. Nothing like awarding the Honor crown to a a KD that doesnt actually have any.

The honor charts tend to be the ones where you benefit most from (ab)use of the mechanics. There is also a strong incentive to cheat and break social rules liek CFs.

The actual trick in play here is that GBP doesn't affect honor gains. There is absolutely no incentive to stop unless you can somehow target their honor and generate a net loss.

Well to be fair land, nw was never about how dirty you could play it like honor charts. Historically speaking

Honor in this game has nothing to do with RL honor. Never has and never will. Sadly.

Honor crown has gotten a little out of control honestly. Besides getting rid of the crown all together i am not sure how you could fix it.

You could simply rename it and it would solve a ton of these "complaints"

you can easy check the ranks for past few ages and you will see that since the mechanic of honor gains oow changed, its allways won by "big kds" whoring it...
so basically 2 out of 3 crowns are won by whoring.. in a warring game :)

did anyone notice that the "bottomfeeder" kingdom stopped hits consistently, and only continued hits and escalated after the OP's kingdom retaliated?

Kingdoms have to stop crying to the forums after making terrible choices like retaliating against a kingdom 300-400% bigger who hit you once...
