does Sage go over under the cap?

Do they increase in science until they are maxed out at the same cap as everyone else?
cause if they go above the caps of the other races I would find it okay to play.

If for example in Alchemy a non-sage gets 30% income for 15 professors, a sage would get 45% income for 15 professors.
