How does this work exactly? I was having a discussion with one of my KDmates who claimed it works for both offense and defense, which doesn't seem likely to me. He was also claiming it simply acts as 1.5x TPA. Are these statements accurate?

That's a bit weird, but I'll keep it in mind. Not really sure how asking a question is strategy talk, rather than Utopia talk...but as implied previously, I'll take your word for it.

Really? I too thought it meant it only affected the offensive side of thievery... Figuring if it were to be both offense and defense it would be labelled as "thievery effectiveness", like thieves dens.
Is this the same case for Elves spell success... wording here implies to me that only the spells cast, have a higher success rate. Again, if so, it should be "magic effectiveness"
