    hostile meter points

    someone attacked me and failed, he moved 1 point on hostile meter, i attacked him afterward and failed but did not move any points, what is the trick to move points

    Fails have a chance to move the meter 1 point I believe, and I'm pretty sure the chance is based on what % of your targets defense you actually sent.

    Can't find the info on the wiki but I believe that's accurate.
