Keep hitting them where it hurts. Start massacring tms destroying wpa. Pk as many provs as possible. Break their morale. Or force win by making them fall to like 50% your nw I think. Not sure the actual number but once you are a certain size/nw vs your opponent it is possible to auto win.

War will end automatically (your opponent will automatically withdraw) if your opponent's kingdom networth drops to 50% of yours. This will only occur after a minimum of 7 days (1 Utopian year).
