So this kid wanted to become monarch and we refused so he started to attack our monarch, so we pk him, now his back with another prov and he convinced that kd to take out our monarch... he sent an offensive banner can we report him for that and him defrauding the other kd? seems it's against codes of conduct

This situation seems questionable and bart's involvement draws into question the legitimacy and motives of all those involved.

I've determined that Duskbone hollow needs to die.
So does Bart.
I reached this conclusion on the basis that Bart helped Duskbone.
