Ambushed a halfling and failed, numbers do not match up though.

May 2 of YR5 attempted an invasion of Feared Knight of Erin (), but was repelled.

he had 16220 def ( my calculation and umunk show the same numbers )
he had 2991 soilders , and 2382 strongarms
i ambushed w 1450 ELIT human + 1450 horses + 50 prisoner ( sent over cos i fail on him before what i didnt understood )

My OP was 17000+

Please check cos i think his Aggression spell made the mess! What is a bug !

However halfer's solds are 3 def:
(2991 * 3 + 2382 * 6) * 0.8 = 18612

Yeah, you didn't send enough. Just FYI, 1 offense more will succeed on an ambush.

Why the halfing soilders has 3 OP?

In Utopia guide nothing about:
+10% population
+50% Thievery Operation Success (TPA)
-50% thief cost
+1 stealth per tick

I checked in the forum the last changes and nothing.

Where i can find this information to calculate well in the future?

Training Grounds, Military wages, Aggression, and Fanaticism do not affect ambush offense.

1 offence point more is enough? I was already assuming 4%. Pretty curious. Can't wait for my second ambush.

First ambush I just sent the remaining troops and killed 100 enemy elites :)
