Seems like wsk is the ones not wanting to declare yet. Seems odd with the bank advantage...
Because keeping it oow favours wsk with their orc setup. They can just max gain oow with gb prot so CR cant deepchain the heavy offense orcs. Eventually both kds run out of money and then wsk will declare, or max meter.

I'm actually not sure it was the right move. It seems to me that the core fight is snowballing heavily in favor of CR, but idk how much intel you've looked at. @Ben -- maybe we'll cover this war on friday? Or I could do tomorrow if you're around and everyone is ok.
@Mike - meter is ~150 v 110 I think. WSK has button.
No intel just looking at kd page and setup, plus what I know from talking to coss pre conflict :P
Could be that nw range is a problem for wsk and that CR just have a huge sci advantage, otherwise you'd think orc would be better off vs faeries oow and in meter play
dunno if it was costly for wsk's core eating hits elites home then also spending one wave bouncing?
would be interesting to see military numbers on the 4 cows in wsk vs the 3 in cr, and if the 6k faes in CR can raze the 11k dorf in wsk? Then war might had been better since oow raze is nasty, but in war trad does nothing when you are that far oor.
