Emails are usually read in queueu order and if you send multiple maiils it will go back to the end of the line. Also if there is a big backlog it probably take some time, have patience for now. Pitchfork and tar for later.

For those who have sent through a request like this before, how long did it take? Just wanted to know the rough timings and I understand there is a queue of emails to be dealt with.
