    hypothetical next age maximum scientist count

    800ish ... ... an Age lasts about 2000 ticks or so ...

    This as a number for next Age total scientist cap.

    I did almost put this in Strategy but then i figured itd seem a suggestion, but i welcome discussion. It is too easy to accumulate the scientists and my 800 is a guestimate suggestion.
