    Solicitation of Advice

1.Excitement is up to you. Message as many players as you can, like a lonely old 911 caller.
2.Attack if you like being aggressive.
3.Explore if you like to end what somebody else started.
4.Abduct all age long. Collect 'em all!
    5.Honor bone like gonzo porn.
6.Ramblin' Rose: random into as many kingdoms as you can.

    Kingdom Strats

6.Restart and play every combination of race and personality, kingdom wide.
7.Play D&D: roll 2 eight-sided dice for each race and personality. Play what you get.
8.Last word: you can only talk to kingdom mates if you're bigger than them. Preferably insults.
9.The Virtual Kingdom: 3 of each race and personality. Monarch is combo not yet in kingdom.
10.Inactivity Kings: who has the most with the least effort wins.
11.Plunder Economy: it's all just like taking candy from a baby. No banks, no farms, no towers.
12.Top hat: You are a top kingdom no matter how disfunctional you are. Circus diplomacy, rule dictation, pump is sacred, remind other kingdom of your 50 age excellence, cow, calf, laugh.
13.Vikings: there is no CF there is only war..always.

It's a game, so play it.

I hate the 96 tick cool down from fort. One bad war agreement or one bottom feeders can ruin a entire week. Drives me nuts.

I have to agree. This is the most boring age I've ever played in this game.
I liked the science change when it was first revealed. But I've changed my mind - it has completely removed one of the entertaining/competitive elements from the game.
Is the game still enjoyable? Yes, but only half as much as before.

Go solo in a kingdom by yourself. This is much like navigating a submarine in enemy waters that are too shallow to hide. Lots of gadgeteering skills come into play. Really, you can make your age exciting just by doing it. It's very simple.

My kingdom mates are bored and activity becomes a thing. I myself am fairly top kingdomy in my activity and reaction to what defines excitement. I could explore all age and be happy, but I'm a fervent retaliator and independent to a fault.

If you're bored just random move your province or push the meter on one of our many game heels. Mess with a sage core to find new meaning to science.

One can`t really disagree that science was a big chunk of fun when talking about utopia. In between wars, one always had something to do, a reason to be active - whether to log to plunder or steal gold for pumping more sci, or to do 1-2 learns per day or just simply to log and reduce/increase the sci pump according to the gold at hand, or to assign the science to w/e category. Plus it was a sorta never-ending process, caps were far far away so one could always strive to get as close as possible to them. So somehow it made people, forced people to be active - assuming if they want to play a top notch province. Nowadays ... build 1% extra farms, give your monarch your phone number in case something happens ... and your province will be just fine for weeks without you. Till the next war. Which can come in a week or ... not :)

StratO, while I understand these various things might be entertaining to you, many people would not find that exciting at all. Your suggestion is akin to telling a bored kid "Hey, look at this paper and pen, you can do so many things with it...isn't that exciting?" but some children just aren't entertained by drawing and writing regardless of the spin you put on it. Some would rather read.
