    Could you tell us what was the underlying issue that caused this Oops bug to come up?

    The code kept an internal "meter". As i approached 150 it would attempt to auto declare war on your own kingdom. Kinda makes sense, since there was an obvious civil war going on :) But not intended. So the code has been fixed to not keep an internal meter.
