Fix Oops and server speed

I know, it's been suggested before and I know it's already on the top of everyone's list. Thing is, it REALLY HAS TO BE FIXED.

When you have half ur KD trying to hit from work from their phone, sometimes sneaking into the toilet, it's just madness that it sometimes takes 10-15 minutes to cover PF on the enemy KD due to slow server/oopses. It simply makes conflict not enjoyable.

Before putting any energy in other stuff, this HAS TO BE FIXED.

I've noticed that the oops message actually changed. It now says to wait 5 seconds before trying again.

The OOPs errors are a serious issue, we know. Are will try to fix it.
