Does wage rate effect military net value?
Indeed it does ... military wages effect your armies for their betterment when taken beyond 100% ... at 50% they decrease your military value down to (roughly) 91% and at 200% wages they increase the value up to 107.6% ... it takes several days and nights real time to climb back up or drop down - once you cut or up your wages ... sixty ticks or more i believe ...

People drop wages to enter fort and leave fort with lower overall military efficiency because their wages are increased too late to finish fortified stance with max efficiency ... however dropping wages for fortified stance means extra training can be accomplished and this increases overall military strength too ... altering wage percentages is a way of saving money at times and strengthening your armies at others ...
