No invites are carried over to the next age. Unless its a paid one, but if its one of the freebies you will lose it.
More specifically, if you've given the invite to your kingdom, you'll lose it when the age ends. If the invite you purchased is still in your inventory, you won't lose it
You will, of course, start with 3 free invites next age.
