In the past a conquest was considered a failed attack, so there would be no conversions. Theres been no announced changes to this so i'd expect thats how it works.

bishop said second one stacks at 50% effect. So instead of converting 0-20% of your specs to leets its 0-30%.

is it a flat conversion or land gains tied though? and what the conversion formula looks like

Having played fae wh last age it would seem that max gaining in terms of land gains is what gives the most percentage of specs into leets. I have no formulas to back this up

Yep it was alredy talked about several ages ago. max gaining is best way to convert
