Race/Pers Feasability

I am going to throw out some wierd race/pers combos for a thought exercise and would welcome feedback.

My baseline:

Def should lower your net to lower losses from attacks (def/net)
Off should increase your net for higher returns on attacks (off/acre)
Trad is bonus, CQ is mainlined
All Elites are used as offensive units

Here are my "what if's"
FA/WA: 6:5 Elites:Dspec : Highest CQ range with most inflated offensive unit net
Elf/WH: 1:1 Elite:Dspec : -Your losses +Thier losses

Elf WH would work.
Faery attacker is in a hard spot this age, but a Faery TM that sniped weakened provinces in war is doable.

* Palem dont take my note about Fae attacker as a personal challenge.
