Does anyone know if that person´s threads and forum posts get deleted automatically who leaves the KD or abandones his province?

Yes and no. If person leaves the KD, the threads get 'hidden'. I say hidden and not deleted because I've seen that the post counts in threads remain the same even if the actual number of visible posts in the thread is different.

Threads started by that person will be hidden and nobody can access them any more. Posts by that person in threads started by other people will be hidden.

However, the same is not true for when person abandons province. Threads and posts will still be visible.
