Invite new province into current war

We been warring for 4,5 days right now
3 days ago the other kingdom got one new province invited who have trained up big

However he is still in protection mode
Is there a rule that you cant invite provinces into current war and they have to wait until war is over ?

Nope, no rule. Some kds use it to tip the scale. Like pills said protection is 72 hours though, so war may be over before the guy even comes out of protection. If not you will have another fresh prov to deal with.

What my kd normally does... recruit one ourselves. Balance things out. Normally an old kd mate that may have taken a break. Someone already familiar with kd strat.

Did you have the same number of provinces before war started?
Obviously if you were both 23 provs and they invited more I understand you might say it's unfair - but there is no rule because you are free to do the same.


But maybe - and I'm only guessing here - they started the war with fewer provinces to begin with.... if they can hold you 4-5 days with fewer provinces, then who can blame them for tipping the scale :)
