Any interesting Wars/Conflicts?

I'm simply wondering if there's any interesting wars or conflicts out there. Pretty boring grinding abducts, need some juicy news

So we left end of war ceasefire into fortified stance (which we were told beforehand we would be entering), and myself, hoping that it was a figure of speech made some land grab at a chance to convert elites. - Definitely fortified stance (attackers know what I mean)

So the KD I *3-tapped*, was a KD we full fledge waved prior to going to war with the previous Kingdom, and the hostile meter was still high enough after 7 days without conflict...and the next thing we know is..

xx:xx has declared WAR with our kingdom!

This is the tick after leaving EoWCF, and everyone is still in their pump build.

Fortunately we were able to react to the sudden change of conflict with haste and go back to war. Everyone was surprised, were saying to me "Matt, what have ya done now?"
I'm like "I just hit them 3 times?, pretty sure you need 8 hits to go into Hostile."

In fairness, it was me you tripletapped, which made me stroppy. And you did beat on us quite hard prior to both of our first wars. So we wanted some revenge.
And then you slaughtered us. Well done.

After a humiliating and brutal exchange last age, during which CD refused to CF Spartans and ate razes for two weeks, it seemed like perhaps they would gun for Spartans this age. In fact I can say for certain that that was exactly the goal discussed for the kingdom this age.

After exiting EoWCF from their joke war with 2:16 [CD(7:18) left war with twice the acreage of 2:16], they were waved by Spartans(6:12) (note: not gonna use the word 'vultured' when kingdoms have 3 days of war-strength protections from OOW actions as well as econ bonuses that surpass those of Fort).

After some pretty uninteresting #tactics Diplo, it appears that CD has CF'd Spartans, letting them walk away with at least two waves and 2.5k acres [Note: I only have papers for May and June YR1]. What an unexpected turn of events!

Interestingly enough CD appears to have come OOF at min time and waved a kingdom that was itself about 15% smaller than they were. The size difference between CD and Spartans is not known exactly but given the current sizes (27.6k and 22.7k) and the 2.5k acres transferred, it would seem they were roughly equal in acreage when CD was waved.

I think it is interesting that CD ate free waves and gave a free CF (ie: without demanding and receiving compensation in acres) this age, and hilariously ironic that a kingdom that whined about being vultured and whose monarch complains frequently about bullies decided to hit down ~15% after running from a KD on equal acres.
