Perma-BL?

Hi support team,

A province in my KD seems to have a permanent duration BL. It is appearing in mystics as - duration. Screenshots can be furnished upon request.

Comparison:
My prov: 91 % BE, 111.7% military efficiency + 17.0% TG = 133% OME
His prov: 92 % BE, 110.5% military efficiency +12.0% TG = 139.8% OME

This leads me to believe that even after the game ticked, the offensive military efficiency bonus by BL was still active. I am not sure about the other effects.

Hi Support team,

Any update on this issue? What do you think the odds are that his BL can be removed by the Dev's? Else we can give it a go with some MV's. Would you like to do some more investigation before we try and MV it away?

Go ahead and try an MV. I've added this to our tracker but do not have an eta on a fix yet.
