AW potential bug - losing 2.3% per op

Wiki Guide lists for AW:
"Kills up to a max of 1.4% target wizards at a rate of 0.007 wizards per thief."

I was at 611 wizards and Im losing 14 wizards per op. At 597 wizards, Im losing 13 wizards per op. This is around 2.2-2.3% of my wizards.
Is this correct or a bug?
I have also WTs (10.85% less damage caused by enemy thieves) - which means that net AW death rate about 2.5%.

Yes, this is correct. Caps can be broken.

All in all, this means than a mystic is out of order for a week(s) after 80 ops (with not even full 2.5% per AW)

I think the guide mentions caps are extended, but i am not sure.
