I'd abandoned "the glory mission" before I'd even started playing Utopia. The deeper desire is there, but I jettisoned the tunnel vision. I do agree with you at the core, but Coss is like an exploding star, lol.
One reason I follow a number of challenge idioms is to burn off most of my competitive fire. My focal directive if I didn't would be:

This age is quite disappointing. No drama, very quiet. Usual winner.
Kingdom location can be openly posted in here yet there is so little juicy news.
More features, new owners, but lesser hype. Why?

Top 10: 80k to 200k acres
11th to 20th: 50k to 70k+
21st to 100th: 25k to 50k
The gap quite huge. Is it so true that chart isn't worth anything like some say because there is so little competition.
Everyone cf's everyone thats even remotely a threat, and just bottomfeeds the rest. T10 is a bottomfeeding contest. 25 person kingdoms have made the top stagnant, because the player pool is too small to support enough kingdoms for proper gameplay.
