Oh I dont like heretic losing runes instead of mana on failed ops. In general, rune production is already hard enough as it is now.

Yeah I agree, I like the current status quo better, but the change Bo To is suggesting is unparalleled in how broken it would be if implemented so Heretic would have to suffer an equally unparalleled crippling weakness somewhere else or it would be the most unbalanced change in the history(at least going back as far as to 2k1 when I started) of the game.
