Greed increases wages and not income, so WH isn't immune to greed.

Immune to all Dragon effects and Income Penalties
Greed
Increases draft cost and army upkeep by 25% for the opponent
There is no income penalties here.. they just convert your solders and troops into females.. and they tend to cost more in upkeep..
