I love these "I'm quitting" attention seeking threads. Especially when they think it is some kind of hostage negotiation and they have the power, better yet like this when they don't even know what their demands are.

I am not going to pretend I like all the changes. but for one they are preliminary changes...meaning they showed us what they are thinking and asking our opinion. You don't like the changes? take it to the suggestion forum and give some alternatives that you would like.
No. most likely not every idea you have will be applauded or implemented. But some may find their way into discussions to a better plan.
If you don't speak up, you didn't want it bad enough.
