This question also applies to how Revelation and the mechanic for Human +25% sci spawn will work. Seems like if Revelation is still "(Doubles) the probability of a new scientist emerging on each affected game day while the spell is active." it wouldn't work right with scientist spawns, unless you could guess when the scientist would spawn and cast before...I mean is it going to be like free acres, everyone with no mods gets a scientist on the same day/schedule until something changes their provinces spawn rate?
It'll probably be a hidden decimal value that you gain per tick sort of how wizards are. For example, you might gain 0.1 scientists per tick. After 10 ticks, the scientist would appear. Doubling it would increase it to 0.2 per tick, and the scientist would appear after 5 ticks.
