so with going elf mystic to start, and going right into for, grow to 600 acres, and run 30% homes and 30% guilds, 8% farms, the rest you can build into econ buildings or training buildings. and throw in some towers. the 30% homes boosts your poppa to 28. i try to run equal parts dspec:elites and my end results with 33% homes and max pop science gets about 32 poppa. with 5wpa 4tpa 7.5 dspec 7.5 epa and about 8ppa.

For oop: if you go in fort ask your KD mates is it ok to grow 200a. If so go grow. If not stay at 400a.

Eco build(for both fort and normal):
15% homes
30% guilds
keep the farms and towers you start with
30% banks
10% forts

Put all starting scientists into alchemy. After you leave the fort(if you have been in one or after 3-4 days in normal) move them to tools. Latter you can build 40-50% homes and play with max BE. You start with 1-1.5 rwpa training wpa is hard for everyone else so you don't need the bonus from channeling early game.

Please note: early game for elf it's better to play with only def specs. They are cheap and strong(you don't need arms even if training in normal but still have to train some tpa though). Latter if required you can get some elites.

Early wars build(first 1-2 weeks):
30% homes
15% forts
25% guilds(this is only for early wars to continue pumping wpa)
10% wts(keep cs up)
You have 20% for farms and towers. Distribute as you need.

After early game war build with maxed tools sci:
45% homes(try to stay close to max BE)
15% forts
10% guilds
10% wts
20% for towers and farms.
