Ultimate tm buster but unless you run 20-30 rax attack times will be so long that you'll be chain before army comes back. If you do run that many rax, well then you'd be cutting into other essential areas.
Might be good for a growth kd. It'd enable them to feed off other kds top tms.
better options are available for warring kds tho.
