    Talking with new recruits

    It is possible to send offline msgs to the people who aplly at the recruitment session when we start one?
    If the monarch is not online exactly when one player aplly is not possible to talk with that player anymore.
    We need to stay online 24/7 and wait for him. Maybe offline chat will help?
