Yes, with the exception of Paradise and proberbly no quickfeet, Tree of Gold, annonimity and townwatch either. But not sure.

Spell succes is proberlby determined the same way as casting spells against the enemy.
For self-spells succes depends on % of guilds but for casting them on other kingdom members it will use the wpa formula to determine success.

Anyway, no ToG casting on that huge human/cow by that puny feary/paladin for huge results :)

No the effectiveness doesn't fade over time. The distinction is between spells that persist for X number of days and then stop, versus "instant" spells that have no duration.

It's exactly the same as duration self spells on your own province.

Question, will Magic shield on province make it harder to cast Self spell from paladin onto said province?

Its not an offensive spell so I dont know if Magic shield blocks it. Similarly, if Mage fury is up does it make it easier to cast?

What affects duration of Paladin support spells on kingdom mates? Similarly, what affects duration of offensive spells (any personality)? Is it guild % for both?

Faery/Paladin makes for strong support, can stack GP, Bloodlust, Fanactism and that Paladin spell for 10% offensive loses for attackers all on provinces who does not have them but got other bonuses to stack with, can even BB a Dwarf, althougth effect would only mean -2 hours.

I dunno but Elf/Pala seems like a nice support as well. Give CS to everyone who needs it and has strength 8 def specs that do 9.6 points of damage to a dragon. :)
