Fort calc incorrect

Forts (the building) not giving correct defence bonus.

Building Efficiency 108.4%

Forts 17.6% ............ 31.37% higher defensive efficiency (1.38%)

Now my understanding is that it should be 35% at least.

Each % of forts is supposed to give 2%

Your calculation is wrong. In game value is correct.

Check the section on % based buildings. The numbers you see in wiki are for the first 1% of buildings. Subsequent % of buildings after that have diminishing effects.

17.6 * 2 * (1-0.0176) * 1.084 = 31.4

gotta have that diminishing gains bit in there (1 - [current building%])
